A real 5 star hotel. Magnificent views from the sea facing rooms and the sun terrace. A free shuttle takes you up to Taormina old town. The same shuttle can take you back as well but you can just walk back downhill -- it is slightly over 1 km from the central square. Mind that there is no beach nearby and using the ones the hotel takes you to is expensive.
Friendly staff, great views and nice cocktails. Checkout the spa - it rained when we arrived so had a Turkish bath and a sauna - the world put to right again

2nd visit with 10 years apart. Still going strong. Most romantic dinner terass ever!!! Great food and service. Will definitely come back, hopefully in less then ten years.
A luxury hotel, room service and staff management impeccable. Stunning view from the 3rd floor over the sea: the sunset from here is breathtaking. We had dinner on our terrace: it was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended.
