Telegraaf offers much more than a typical premium hotel establishment. The private spa area offers true tranquility especially in the mornings to delve into the book you have been planning to read while the breakfast and dining facilities take you on a time travel experience to noble times. Live violin & cello music during the Michelin star dinner was a great combination. In addition the staff is very attentive to customer requests. The hotel design follows consistently a theme I would call "premium vintage". Will surely visit again.
Cru is a great restaurant in the Tallinn Old Town’s main street, Viru street. I have visited it on various occasions, and it has never disappointed. Even if you walk in without reservation, they will try to accommodate you. Food is great and drink selection has something for everyone. Prices are medium considering the fine dining quality of the food and service. I will definitely visit again.
A labyrinth-like, wonderful hotel! The rooms are very quiet since they do not seem to be next to each other and the old town does not have much traffic. One of the best places I’ve been to, gotta come back!
I definitely recommend this hotel. We had a pleasant stay in this medieval and stylish place. Very cozy atmosphere, quick, friendly and flawless service at the registration desk and in the restaurant. We shall definitely come back after the corona nightmare is over.
The Location, is just bang in the middle of old town. Excellent front office & Support Staff. Great breakfast as well, good list of menu - cooked fresh n hot by their chef. The breakfast restaurant itself is impressive in a dungeon setting (old town charm). We traveled with our 1.5 year old, they arranged a baby bed without even a request. Rooms neat and configured right, with views to their courtyard! Tidy and Huge washrooms with a tub.
Overall, an excellent experience. Loved their attention to detail in cleanliness, customer service & food - will definitely come back!
Impeccable service. Bedroom at first was too small but they moved me straight away.sauna was nice and lovely 5 star breakfast. Would definitely return!
Nice place, the atmosphere is very friendly. Looks like some cosy art space; good for students. Location and price are perfect. In general, I felt very comfortable there
Clean, stylish and spacious apartment. Good kitchen, very comfortable beds, big windows. Nice view from the master bedroom, another windows are going in the closed backyard of the building what makes this apartment very quiet.
Perfect location between the Tallinn city center and the Old Town. Shopping malls, supermarkets and touristic attractions all are around for walking distance.
They take out trash, always available if anything needs to be fixed, really good communication.
The only cons was that our washing machine was in the common laundry room, and not in the apartment itself.

Very good location. Friendly staff. The room was good though a bit old fashioned. But a well functioning shower is always a bonus in a hotel. A slight minus for the clicking of water through the pipes of the walls at random intervals. Breakfast buffet was decent, with both hot and cold dishes available.
I liked everything. Clean rooms, great place nice staff. It's in the tallinn centre so there's a lot of restaurants and sightseeing spots nearby. Would recommend.
Depending on who you speak to you will receive very good service. Their email correspondent named Kairit was excellent! She replied to all my questions immediately. The breakfast buffet was also superb, but I would have liked to see more variety for vegan eaters.
Great hotel in a really good location. In addition, friendly service and good food. A short trip to the old town, Telliskive and Viru center. I recommend!
Incredible boutique hotel right on the edge of Tallinn's old town. Exquisitely restored mansion, beautiful decor throughout, immaculately thought out and exceptional service, certain to be Tallinn's finest hotel/residence offering! Loved our stay!
Good location in centre of Tallinn. Everything you need is around hotel. Cozy, comfortable with gym & lovely spa with different saunas. Right now not all possibilities available but still ok to visit & stay. We had nice experience.
