Depending on who you speak to you will receive very good service. Their email correspondent named Kairit was excellent! She replied to all my questions immediately. The breakfast buffet was also superb, but I would have liked to see more variety for vegan eaters.

Good location. The hotel is elegant and comfortable, the staff are very nice, but as a 5 star hotel, the cleanliness of the room can be better, such as bathtub. Although the shampoo, lotion are luxurious, the quantity is different everyday. I remember the last day, our room just had one shampoo and one conditioner and no lotion, but we were two person, that make me feel disappointed.

We stayed at this Hotel one night. From what we saw, this Hotel had a very nice staff, very kind and helpful! The room we got was, in our eyes, ordinary room. As a 5-star Hotel we had expected a pool and a very moder touch on the design and a great view. This Hotel does not have a pool or spa, and it was missing out of small things like a bath on the room and some other stuff for us to choose 5.
A good Hotel and a nice staff who will do anything to make your stay as good as possible and thats that.
