Nice rooms and good service. The hotel is located nearby the sea. Nice walk of 45 min. into the center or the old town of the city. An included parking place is behind the hotel. It seems to be secure. To enter it you have to pass the gate on the right side of the restaurant. Left to the gate if you stay in front of the gate you must press the Aquamarine button then it will be opened by the staff.
Kind and good service. Good price-quality balance. Good parking. 4-5 euro taxi rides to the old town centre ( less then paying for parking). Sound isolation could be better, but it does not keep you awake.
Nice clean room, nice surprise was that heating was on and room was nice and dry and welcoming when we arrived late evening from long trip.
Breakfast, something for everyone. Cold and hot food, even spaghetti bolognese.

Renovated rooms that are a spotless little apartment, including kitchen. Views to the sea. Delicious breakfast and dinner (don't miss the Russian dumplings!). Amazingly friendly staff.
Just a con: it's not in the city centre, but it's 10 minutes away by bus.
The beds are hard and uncomfortable. The shower is too small to turn. The bathroom smells like sewage. There is no where to hang clothes. Worst hotel I have been in out of 12 European countries. Free parking has a curfew.
