This hostel took my money. I was unable to stay due to COVID and they never answered my emails when I tried to contact them after learning my flight was cancelled. I understand everyone is going through difficult times right now but to charge someone for a trip they never took and then to ignore them is a terrible business practice.

Great hostel with a friendly staff. The Rooms are a bit simpel in design, but since its a hostel and not a 5 star hotel one cant really criticize that. Bonus points for the great beer.
We had a great stay here last weekend. The hostel is very clean and well organized. The staff were amazing and a big shout out to Luana for being such a good sport. She was amazingly helpful at all times. The common area in the hostel is very social and is a great place to meet other travelers. If you are in Tallinn, this hostel is highly recommended.
