Clean, stylish and spacious apartment. Good kitchen, very comfortable beds, big windows. Nice view from the master bedroom, another windows are going in the closed backyard of the building what makes this apartment very quiet.
Perfect location between the Tallinn city center and the Old Town. Shopping malls, supermarkets and touristic attractions all are around for walking distance.
They take out trash, always available if anything needs to be fixed, really good communication.
The only cons was that our washing machine was in the common laundry room, and not in the apartment itself.
Good place to stay in Tallinn, anyway!
I can only share bad feedback. Do not say a word in the apartment, otherwise after that they will say that it was too noisy and will not return the deposit. NOT RECOMMENDED!
Unreliable during Covid! Be very careful!
I've booked a room via Norwegian as Tallin City Apartments cooperates with the airline. When Norwegian cancelled the flight in May because of Covid, the owners did not refund me the money. They gave me credits instead and these were supposed to be valid for a year. I've booked both Norwegian flight and a room again for November. Norwegian cancelled the flight again and Tallin City Apartments told me they would not honour our initial agreement of giving me credits for a year. I lost money for two people for four nights - you do the math :(
Unethical business practices agreed and then reneged on a refund for an unsatisfactory apartment.
I rented out an apartment through them. When they had no clients, they asked to cancel contract earlier and promised to pay all the bills and repair damages in the apartment. After they moved their furniture out, they changed their opinion. Left with their 820 eur bills and more than 1200 eur in damages ( not wear out, but broken items). In legal charge process now.
