Cool boutique hotel in the city center. Hotel is in an older industrial building near Taipei Station and the decor is also artsy loft/industrial style. It reminds me of Soho NYC which I love but might not be for everyone. Rooms are clean and the staff friendly.
I would highly recommend this hotel. Staffs are faithful and friendly. If you have any problem, they’d like to fix that. This hotel offer not only snacks 24/7 but also living things - sanitary pads, ear plugs, etc. A double room was spacious for 2 persons.
2020.Aug Amazing. Everything is basically the same as the photos show - clean and tidy. Staff here are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a highlight especially if you need a coffee to wake up in the morning (I'm a tea-person, pity.) My favorite parts would be clean shower and quiet indoor environment. Price is very reasonable for staying in Taipei. ;)
Love the design of the hotel, location is amazing (close to the train station and MRT line & also many buses) and also many stores and restaurants. The staffs were amazing (especially Jeff that went over and beyond expectation while cleaning the room). Lots of amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, comb, etc.) and a variety of snacks offered in the lounge (popcorn, tea eggs, instant noodles, steam bun, etc.), but it was kinda lacking in vegetarian options as none of the instant noodles were vegetarian and there was only a limited amount of tea eggs provided in the morning. We also had a big room with a big bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. Recommend this hotel and will come back the next time I visit Taipei again. ^_^
The hotel is amazing. Farewell located lots of floors the view is fantastic and the service is beyond the room is a bit small but great price. No complain at all. I really like their second floor nice babe with plenty of seats and tables and there’s a bar running 24 seven. Highly recommend it.
Stayed here over a month, on a long-term rate for a private double room. (hard to find long-term rates at hostels near Main station!!) Room was good size for 1 person. 2 people would be tight, but it would be ok for a few nights. It was great to have private restroom. Rarely heard people in rooms next to me.
Staff works hard daily, to keep the place clean and tidy, including the restrooms. Staff are great, most speak English fluently and they are always kind, friendly, and helpful! Free breakfast is wonderful compare to most hostel in Taipei - nice meal with bread, fruit, and some protein. And some nights there is hot local snacks or homemade soup out for the guests. Of course, the lounge is great, but the kitchen is FANTASTIC for a hostel. Has everything you need to cook a great meal as well as lots of shelf space and 2 refrigerators for guests. Rates are a bit higher than some other hostels, but it is worth every dollar!
Contemporary, sustainable, modern, you'll be amazed from the first contact with the receptionist and the adorable paintings at the cafe lounge. The interior design is marvelous. You'll find the perfect balance of the private and public area, and the marriage of the industrial and the minimal style decor. I love the simple but authentic Taiwanese breakfast so much. The transportation is truly convenient. You could reach anywhere in Taipei easily if you decide to stay here.

Staff was very helpful at all times.
stayed in the VIP suite which was very spacious and comfortable.
Only suggestion Is that staff at breakfast give notice that they will start to to take food away at 10am.
I arrived 9.50am and the staff started to take milk, water cereal etc away when there was ample time to get a plate of food.
Apart from that will stay at the hotel next time as very happy with our 1 weeks stay at in-house.
Stayed here for 2 nights. The place is clean and nice. Small room but enjoyable. Very minimalistic bathroom and toilet though.
We stayed here for a week. Room was clean and comfortable, tho no windows:( and sound proofing was an issue on the weekend when it was busier, (you may hear your neighbors); during the weekdays, we heard nothing, assuming they spaced bookings. Loved the shower, big TV. Free breakfast was very so-so; might be good once if you like/don't mind hotpot. Good location on the edge of Ximending, with a cool/busy taproom/bar at night. Lobby/public areas are nice and comfortable. Good service, I had forgotten something in the room, and went back 3 weeks later, and they found/returned it to me!

Nice enough.. not as nice as reviews make it seem.. not really curated as cool as the website would make you think. Rooms are a little strange. Very clean.
I recently stayed 2 nights at this beautiful hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and welcomed us. I am very happy with the room, it was very clean and spacious with a nice view of the area. The bed was comfortable and the size was good. I found the service during breakfast and the menu disappointing. I found it difficult to communicate with the server in English, and it made me feel uncomfortable. Then the server brings the wrong breakfast dish. There was not an option to change the set for vegetarians which makes me very sad, actually for the Chinese set only congee and western style vegetables were available. The breakfast menu is not carefully designed or planned. If the hotel is able to adapt to the guests needs we will have a better experience.
