The location of this hostel is very good, and the decoration is also great, but it may be because of the new hostel, some incomplete parts, I hope that next time there is a problem, I can apologize, instead of trying to describe the problem as the guest’s negligence .
I know that opening a new store is very hard, but some basic platform connection (message reply part/canned message update) and order confirmation part may need to be strengthened to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings. Don’t be hard on the customer either, it may cause bigger problems, especially don’t leave threat statements ==... Sometimes a basic apology can be solved.
Finally, I look forward to getting better in the future and the location is excellent and convenient.

I don’t think there’s much to say about the counter part. After returning to the hotel, the luggage that was originally stored was missing and I was responded "I don’t know where". I ran in to the original location to see that it was the first reaction and the management was unchanged. Please Forgive me, and please be considerate of our feelings.
I didn't put slippers in our double room. It was at our request. Thank you.
The privacy problem I mentioned is: giving us the wrong keys, letting us break into other people's rooms by mistake, causing privacy problems to others, and having to enter our room to put slippers, I also think it is not good, although it is out of good intentions.
