Do not take room 827 if u r given that.. Hotel and commercial office within same building.. Friendly front desk staff.. Room service average.. Room type depending on what u choose and given.. Can be a disappointment.. If u happened to be given room 827.. (Listen to me).. Please reject the room upfront (if not u have to place few bottles of air freshener and purifier to get rid of the strange smell).. Other than that.. Enjoy the free flow of cup noodles 24/7..
Love the design of the hotel, location is amazing (close to the train station and MRT line & also many buses) and also many stores and restaurants. The staffs were amazing (especially Jeff that went over and beyond expectation while cleaning the room). Lots of amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, comb, etc.) and a variety of snacks offered in the lounge (popcorn, tea eggs, instant noodles, steam bun, etc.), but it was kinda lacking in vegetarian options as none of the instant noodles were vegetarian and there was only a limited amount of tea eggs provided in the morning. We also had a big room with a big bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. Recommend this hotel and will come back the next time I visit Taipei again. ^_^
Fairly close to Taipei Main station. Has free stacks and drinks 24hrs. Limited sandwiches in the morning so so up early (7:00am)
There’s fooseball and darts downstairs along with self laundry. Common eating area has HBO on playing movies 24/7
Snack area and cup noodles, other misc snacks. Fountain soda along with tea and coffee.
Room was clean and tidy but there were some faults with the bathroom door which some light maintenance can’t fix.
Nice n feel comfortable
Spent two nights here with my 1.5 year kid. It would be nice to stay here for the playroom. It can definitely get your kids tried and help them sleep well. Yet my wife got nose allergy. We suspected it was the carpet and air condition. I couldn't sleep well the first night for the door closing noises next door. It didnt happen the next day though. The free snack is definitely a good deal here. A good location to nearby tourists spots.
