Excellent service, staff extremely helpful and friendly. The bathtub is large enough for me (186cm) to stretch my legs, toilet is fully automatic.
The rooftop pool has a view of 101 but not much else. It isn't heated or covered, so can be quite cold if it's windy. The pool isn't very big, but luckily no-one else was using it. The pool area has additional towels and bottles of water for your use. The changing rooms are at the entrance through the second door on the right.
Late at night when I went into the bathroom there was a cockroach in the sink, probably came from the drains, but who knows. The pillows were very soft, too soft for my liking. The last two reasons are why it doesn't get 5 stars.
Love staying here! Definitely one of my favorite hotels in Taipei. The rug on the floor seems a little dirty but overall design and bed is comfy.
I love my stay here! The cozy environment and the little warm touch from a hand-written card make me really have to come up here and give a 5! Would definitely come back here if I could!
I would give them 6 stars if there is way to do it. Mostly because their top notch custom service. From reception to the people in the parking lot. Not only they remembers your name before you show up, they try to take care of your need. I ask to borrow nail clipper because it’s late at night, and my toe nail really hurts after one day walking. They brought over a new one and said that I can keep it. How sweet is that.
I love the design of the hotel, the bathroom marble floor and wall is out of this world beautiful. Where do they source this kinds of marble. It deserves to be frame abs spot lighted. The porcelain tiles is the only thing that I’m not so crazy about. It took away how beautiful the marble is. Bed is comfortable and furniture is fun, wild and sexy at the same time. The reception plant wall is cool, but few pieces are faded which is better to remove it then keep it. It made the whole space feel dated. But nonetheless, it’s still a awesome hotel. The design team and staff that runs this hotel should be very proud of it. I can’t wait to come back again, in fact, I am booking my next trip now!!!!!
Good stay, however if you forgot anything in the room, they will not return to you. I know I left my glasses in the room, so I called them a few hours later, and told me they can’t find it... can’t believe this.
