This is our second visit to the hotel. We are now confirmed this is our very best home in North Taiwan. We are a group of two elderly (80+) and one autistic adult. Practically, the room is very family and elderly friendly, for following reasons. 1. Multilevel light control - very important for the safety of elderly and he enjoy read newspaper and book 2. The invisible non slip bathroom and bath is what indeed necessary for every one 3. The Panasonic shower sitting kit which is friendly for even wheelchairs user (which is Panasonic smart house award- we learn from the trip) 4. The very good hitter, sound isolation and design of all internal compartment design Moreover, we recognise it is one of best chose for bellow surprising things. 1. Very worm greetings to everyone inneed and efficient communication pre arrival 2. All staffs have more than professional - they treat every as family 3. We want to congratulate their successful new year dinner at the restaurant which is what we do not expect at Oct but very happy we enjoyed at Chinese New Year. Can not finnish the list of how great it is but would definitely visit very soon and strongly recommend for every one. The hot springs is awesome.

Nice service during our stay. Not many people to share the hot spring so it's quite relaxing.

New hot spring hotel with Zen feel. You can tell that someone has put their heart and Soul into the design and architecture. The hotel team is genuinely here to take care of the guests. Special mention: the hot spring water is a different quality to other hot springs. Leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth.

A wonderful resort to stay! I went there with my father and we had a very spacious twin room. The staff was super friendly and helpful offering great service throughout our stay. The mattress in the room was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The hot spring was the most enjoyable there in my opinion. Breakfast was included in the room rate, very delicious with fresh local ingredients. Loved the relaxing atmosphere in the dining room! The resort is located in a quiet area but also close to metro station. I would highly recommend this place to friends traveling to Taipei.
