This was a great place for quarantine. The balcony overlooking a busy high school was such a treat, and helps break the monotony. Room amenities were top-notch, with a UV purifier/diffuser and an air purifier. The floors were wooden, so dust won’t accumulate on a carpet. Rooms were also individually air-conditioned.
The staff and service are top-notch, and every request is catered to within 5 minutes tops, including deliveries to the room from foodpanda or uber.
Food was healthily prepared and well-balanced, and staff told me they don’t use MSG. They also allowed me to hang around in the cafe to work until my next airbnb was available. They even gave me free snacks and coffee, truly above and beyond.

I just came out from my 14 days quarantine from Chez Nous Hotel who provided the best services! Super friendly and professional staff, well-cleaned and sanitized rooms, updated furniture, and extended windows with a lot of sun lights & great views - all these amenities minimize the uneasiness during the mandatory stay! I highly recommend this hotel located only five minutes walk to Daan station, bus station, food & shopping and ten minutes walk to famous Daan Forest Park & Gian Guo weekend flower market. Rate is very reasonable considering its excellent location! From check-in to check-out, I felt very welcome and they made sure you get what you need in a timely manner! You won't disappoint!
I had an extended stay here from April 18 (#52). I was impressed by the customer service of the staff. They respond quickly to your questions and concerns. The room was clean and modern. I would not hesitate to book my room here next time I am in Taipei.
It's a fabulous experience to stay at this hotel! Right from the beginning of checking in, the hotel manager showed a friendly and courteous manner. And this attitude also shared by the receptionist lasted for 15 days, which was required for pandemic quarantine in Taiwan !
First, I thought it was going to be a typical house arrent. On the contrary, the daily three meals were delivered to the room's door front - main meal box, soup and fruit cup. These meals were always delicious and healthy! On the top of that, 45 meals we're never repeated and never the same! That's quite amazing!
The room includes a panoramic view of the sports field of NTNU 附中! So I was able to get fresh air with open arms. Watching the kids doing all sorts of sports became a daily enjoyment, albeit seven stories high and frequent light rains! I felt having this balcony was one of the best perks during this stay!!!
The air conditioning was perfect for a few days. After that, I didn't turn it on and simply left the glass door because the weather became pleasantly cool at my favorite temperature!
The room was huge but was spacious enough! The bathroom was well equipped with 15 days worth of bathing supplies. Surprisingly, I almost didn't want to leave the hotel when it's time to leave! LOL!
Btw, the hotel staffs were very accommodating and thoughtful. I'd positively rate this hotel’s with five stars ✨and highly recommend to any future guests!!! Bravo !!!
