As all others have marveled, this is a really, really nice hotel in all aspects. The room design is straightforward with functionality in mind, and the aesthetics grows on you. It’s the best illustration of form follows function and this is a terrific textbook example of it. While in quarantine, the staff and services are on par with any 5 star luxury hotel. There really isn’t anything to complain about. This place is so nice that I’m actually going through the withdrawals already and lamenting the days left in here during this quarantine period believe it or not. All joking aside, I’ve already told my family to come visit and stay here when the pandemic finally ends. It’s just that nice of an experience overall.
had an amazing time here, can’t imagine a better place to quarantine in. i was blown away by the food everyday, and the kindness of the staff - would highly recommend anyone who is choosing hotels (both for quarantine and for regular stay) to visit!
like another reviewer mentioned, i’m also strangely missing my room that i made myself so much home in: super modern, clean, and a perfect mix of form and function (got the japanese style room, which also had a cozy meditation nook / seat where i journaled and meditated everyday in)

I made reservation just a day before arrival, and I stayed here to complete my 15 nights Covid-19 quarantine. The reservation went smoothly and efficient through Line app.
My room was very clean and neat with a window over looking the river, and the room is very quiet without traffic noise. The room equipped with bidet toilet seat and individual dehumidifier to add more comfort to stay here for 15 nights. The bed is firm and comfortable with feather pillows (not my favorite) and puffy down duvet. The room rate included three meals a day, and I was amazed by every meal they provided. Afternoon snack was served occasionally. All amenity supplies were well considered like alcohol spray, all purpose detergent, dish detergent with sponge, laundry detergent, garbage bags, diluted liquid hand soap (so watery), shower gel, shampoo, mini fridge, kettle, safety box(what for?), reusable utensil set, and cleenex. The Wi-Fi was great with strong signal and fast. TV loaded with limited movies and local channels. I watched shows trough my Amazon Prime with laptop. Unfortunately the tv was not a Smart TV.
The front desk was very helpful and replied my question in seconds always. I can tell this property is well organized for providing quarantine accommodations, and I recommend this place to people are looking for quarantine hotel in Taipei.
