Location excellent , room immaculately clean.
Staff was very helpful at all times.
stayed in the VIP suite which was very spacious and comfortable.
Only suggestion Is that staff at breakfast give notice that they will start to to take food away at 10am.
I arrived 9.50am and the staff started to take milk, water cereal etc away when there was ample time to get a plate of food.
Apart from that will stay at the hotel next time as very happy with our 1 weeks stay at in-house.
I would like to stay this hotel one more time. The room is awesome, Breakfast is awesome, and free drinks out there. Really fantastic.
Had a great time staying in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was excellent, the room was nice, although maybe just a little bit too small for my liking and they had a good selection of food for breakfast. If I come back to Taipei, I will definitely be looking to stay here again and I would recommend the hotel to everyone.
I recommend to stay this hotel. This is my 3rd times stayed here. All the time good staffs at reception so helpful. Clean. nice design room. Good breakfast. and very good location in shopping area and night street food.

Our family just check out last week. Here are some feedback, I’d like to share with your management department some point of view.
First, after we check in, many times we wanted to ask for some information, we always see your front desk staff are busy with facing customers and answering phone at the same time. We really suggest your hotel to have more than one people for the front desk.
Second, one day, my mom came to our room on 9F and wanted to back to her room, I know that’s also our problem didn’t mention to my mom about it, but she stocked in the elevator until she pressed the emergency bell and your staff helped her out. For the elevator, it needs to detect the room card and then press the floor, we suggest you to print the instructions right top of the pressing bottoms. I know that’s also our problem didn’t mention to my mom, but that could be a big problem if no one helped out at that time. My mom didn’t know the lady’s name, she said she is tall and a bit fat. However, we would like to say thanks to her, but we didn’t see her next morning.
Last, when I booked the hotel, i didn’t mentioned that we want to stay on the same floor, but i hope your hotel understand as we are a family booked for three rooms. For sure we want to stay on the same floor. Hope you will have better arrangements next time when we traveled again.
