2020.Aug Amazing. Everything is basically the same as the photos show - clean and tidy. Staff here are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a highlight especially if you need a coffee to wake up in the morning (I'm a tea-person, pity.) My favorite parts would be clean shower and quiet indoor environment. Price is very reasonable for staying in Taipei. ;)
It doubles as a hostel and a small, simple, plain, but stylish cafe. Their coffee is good for the price and continues to improve. The hostel is very clean and well worth the price. The best part? The staff! They're super kind and friendly! It feels more like a home than a big popular/regular hostel. Breakfast is good as it's usually a mixed salad with some grilled veggies and/or sausage. Unfortunately, they don't have a kitchen, but there are many places nearby to grab something to eat so it's not a big issue.
The only drawbacks I can think of for the cafe itself is that it's just so small so they impose a time limit. However, if it's not very busy, they're usually quite relaxed about actually enforcing this time limit so relax and enjoy because the staff are excellent and friendly!
It’s a cute little hostel with a cafe attached... and probably the best value in town for your night’s sleep and daily caffeine/breakfast fix in the morning. The owners and staff are super nice and helpful and going out of their way to make you stay longer. :) Great location, friendly people, yummy breakfast and hard-to-beat value. Can’t think of anything that was missing or that need to be improved. Highly recommended.
Small and cosy cafe that only serve light food, coffee and beer, friendly environment with healthy and delicious food, price is fair and not too expensive. Loved it!
Amazingly helpful and soft spoken host who goes above and beyond to help travelers. Hostels literally right across the metro station and quite central to taipei city. Extremely clean rooms and bathrooms and a wonderful breakfast is included with the room.
