I stayed in the windowless room for two nights. It's a nice location, with many cinemas along the street, even one opposite.
Staff is very nice, making sure I'd bring a jacket along as the weather is turning cold.
Room also comes with Nespresso machine and some capsules, minibar snacks are for you to consume. There's water filtered water at pantry if you want a refill.
Love the design and thoughtfulness in details. I.e. two coloured toothbrush and two different coloured slippers, so both partner won't get items mixed up, thus hygienic.
2020 has not been the year that anybody had planned. Our stay at Art’otel began as days then became endless stretches of weeks and into months...
Amid these times, we are thankful for all the staff for being extremely professional, kind and friendly and looked after us very well.
We will always remember you...as a home
Stuffs are very nice and the hotel is very good. Fancy / clean / modern , I will come back again!
I stayed here again on November, I love this hotel very much, it’s great!
I actually enjoyed staying here. The location is great as it is not that far from Ximen station. There is a coin operated laundry you can use and most of the time it is staffed at reception. We'll renovated interior despite an unfamiliar look to building.
