The view and balcony were nice. The water pressure was great and temperature was very adjustable. Pillows were comfortable. Although the bed was a bit short (around 1.9m), it was manageable.

Friendly staff. LOVE the balcony and the view. Great location. The two MTR lines intersect at the nearest station. Easy access to anywhere in Taipei.

Some issues upon check in but the manager took care of it right away. The room was beautifully appointed and coffee and tea were of high-quality, the room was very comfortable and clean

It was a bit noisy as the balcony is facing the freeway. I requested for a room on higher floor, they told me rooms on floors above cost more. I’m sure it’s true or not, I think they just lazy. They do not provide breakfast or any types of food but can order breakfast for you for addition $200nt to the check for the service. I just did not feel welcome staying at this hotel.

Very nice room and very kind service that offer my the employee, especially Patrick Quan, he is greatest people here, help me immediately when I got problem. Big love!
