Stayed for 2 weeks: comfortable, cozy, perfect location.
We stayed 3-nights. An excellent quiet location and great value. MRT Blue Line 5-minutes walk away. Shops everywhere. The rooms and facilities are clean and modern with none of the sewer smells we found in other hotels. The staff are very friendly, helpful and speak good English. The hotel should consider providing guests with 2-access cards - that would be a suggested improvement. I would come back again
The location was not bad, a few minutes Walk from the metro station, the room was spacious and clean, but the maintenance was a bit room for improvement as something look old. It is good for a budget vacation, the shower cubicle is separate with the toilet bowl, but the shower cubicle was a bit small.
I always look at bathrooms of hotel before i choose. I can not believe how small the shower is of the room i got. Its same size as regular cruise room; where as your body will touch walls when you move! Horrible experience for being so carefully selected hotels. The fault lies on the designer since the deluxe double room i booked was roomy just not the shower! Ive checked out all the photos before i book and None was the bathroom i got. Tried to downgrade to smaller room as long as a larger shower and front desk wouldnt
Worst customer service ever! Was 1 hour late to cancel a reservation, end up paying $180 for absolutely nothing. Receptionist said - it’s your problem..
