We stayed at the hotel for personal trip. 4 nights total. We would absolutely recommend the hotel.
As a 4.5 star hotel, it offers good amenities and a decent size gym. The breakfast is decent and changes everyday. The highlight of the hotel is the service. Every staff is very attentive. We were never felt ignored when we need service. Most of the occupant during our stay are Japanese. Most for business trip according to the hotel staff.
I would definitely recommend a stay in this hotel when you are in Taipei.

Everyone were so sweet and loving, they ensured you are well-taken care of. Keep up the great job and I will be back soon! Very pleasant stay. Residence with 4 stars hotel standard room. Staff are polite and attentive. Nice location to stay and get to many places easily. Lots of shops and amenities within short walking distance. Will come back to stay again.
