Reviews from visitors:
The hotel is amazing. Farewell located lots of floors the view is fantastic and the service is beyond the room is a bit small but great price. No complain at all. I really like their second floor nice babe with plenty of seats and tables and there’s a bar running 24 seven. Highly recommend it.
Very friendly and professional staff. Great location. Room is reasonably priced but slightly smaller than comparable hotels. Desk space is particularly limited here. Mattress are comfortable, but bedsheets only cover the mattress protector and not the actual full mattress. This leaves a gap between the mattress protector and the wall that is not covered by anything. This gap can get dirty. Interesting decor. Bathroom includes a good quality rain shower. Bathroom color lights, curtains and TV can be adjusted/controlled via ipad system. Overall a good experience.
Lounge manager was rude. First mistake she made was to charge my credit card in another currency without my permission. As a hospitality worker in contact with travelers, she should know that their merchant processors charge customers more in foreign currency. But even more than that, she should never go ahead without the card holder’s permission. Instead of apologizing she told me “I can choose.” Then proceeded to go through a complicated return and recharge process, which now I will have to remember to check my card statement to make sure she did it right. A half hour later my family and I are getting antsy. There are barely any customers in the lounge, and we wondered why our food was taking so long. I walk over to ask her how much longer. She told me another 10 minutes as I’d only ordered 10 minutes ago. I said no, I ordered 30 minutes ago. She told me I was wrong and to go check my receipt. Wow, ok. So I did, and brought her back the proof. No apologies again. Do not come to this lounge. Rude staff, which is something i rarely experience in Taiwan, and surprising it happened here at a hospitality establishment.
Great location, it's in-between TPE Train Station and Ximending. Fast and automatic check-in, which saved us a lot of time. The room was very clean, but a bit small for our liking. We loved the 24 hour boutique bar, it's very cozy and the bartenders offered great service and custom-made cocktails. Will be back again!
The view was great and the location was great; but the breakfast was such a disappointment though. I booked the deal with two breakfasts. The official website says it’s 350nt per person and I got it included for 300each. It’s supposed to include one plate serving and a coup of coffee, like the third photo below, and a all-you-can-eat salad bar...and the forth photo is all there was to serve. This is too expensive for this price...I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this breakfast at any price. If it’s all there to be offered, you shouldn’t charge customers, not worth the money to spend on.
Anyway, other than the breakfast, the rest was fine. Just, I suggest you no to pay for breakfast, you can eat a lot better with the money. Btw, the boiled broccoli was defrosted and rebooked, tasted nasty.
Please lower the price of breakfast.
