Management are super lovely, funny and very helpful. And the rooms are small but cute, the room smelt so nice when we went in. The manager let us check out a lil bit later too. Overall a really good experience and the customer service for phenomenal.
Good location, close to everything the cross has to offer, couple of hundred meters to the train station, plenty of food outlets nearby, the rooms are clean and have everything you need in them including tv/DVD/fridge ext. Service was excellent with fast check-in and check-out and no hidden surprises on the credit card later on.
Thanks Dom for all your help. The way you and the team helped to make our stay an enjoyable and comfortable one was nothing short of superb. Close to St Vincent’s with plenty of options of well priced cafes, wine bars and restaurants close by helped make an unplanned stay easier than expected. The rooms were clean and tidy however the bathrooms are a little small.
Came here to Harry's Pub for weekday dinner. They have Monday to Thursday Specials for $10-$15. Monday is $15 Chicken Schnitzel inc beer, wine or soft drink. The Schnitzel was huge portion with crispy shoes string fries and coleslaw. Not bad for a comfort weekday night feed.
Lovely hotel, with thoughtful room features like Aesop toiletries, and super comfy pillows. I really enjoyed my stay. It felt like home after a few days. Room cleaning was a little slow, and the hot water in the shower was a little temperamental, but all up, a really great boutique hotel. I’ll definitely be back
Old world charm describes this gorgeous old manor to a tee. A beautiful place to stay with friendly staff. My room was beautifully appointed with a huge king size bed, roll top desk and other matching furnishings that take you right back to the 1800s (due to the beautiful old furnishings there is a slight musty smell that should be expected and dissapates once you open the windows and lucky me, the double doors to the balcony). Downstairs is the dining/function room, a baby grand piano (yes you may play) and those beautiful overstuffed leather chairs you can imagine 'Sherlock Holmes' sitting in. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and look forward to going back! So close to shopping of all sorts and a 3 minute walk away is a beautiful Italian restaurant I thoroughly recommend. I loved my stay and truly recommend 'The Manor' to all.
Springfield Lodge is a super convenient, comfortable and very friendly place to stay. The front counter customer service staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient and go out of their way to assist, especially when storing bags on check out. I found the check-in and check-out process to be very quick and efficient, while also making me feel welcomed.
The bed in Room 212 was supremely comfortable and the shower had a nice supply of hot water. Though the bathroom was small, it had all of the facilities necessary for my stay and was not what I would call cramped.
The rooms are clean and well kept and provide just the right amount of comfort and space.
I highly recommend Springfield Lodge to any travellers looking for a comfortable, cost-effective accommodation solution right in the heart of Sydney, with everything at your fingertips or within easy travel.

I attended a wedding shower for Charissa the event venue was fantastic. Beautiful room. The theme was glamorous picnic style delicious food fun games the lady who organised the shower did a wonderful job I thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon. Spicers is located in the perfect spot for a girls city weekend getaway.
Would definitely stay again. Love the relaxed feel, the bed was amazing and the pillows - where can I buy them! Love the gin and honesty bar! The staff couldn’t do enough to help you. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent stay! Thank you
This has to be one of my favourite places to stay for my trips to Sydney. Art deco style throughout the hotel with excellent service, amazing breakfast buffet and top notch cocktails. The rooms are very comfortable and yes there is a pillow menu. It has a charm about it, that I absolutely love.
Would 100% stay again. Lovely rooms and nice and quiet away from the busy city streets

I stayed there for my partners 30th and it's hand down one of our best hotels we stayed at. The staff were so helpful and friendly from the check in process to checkout. We stayed in the 2 level loft and it was such a vibe. They even had a yoga mat all wrapped up for you to take home! We would definitely stay again in the future.
