Had a perfect stay at Ovolo last weekend. Quirky funky hotel, very professional, immaculate house-keeping and gorgeous amenities. Loved the complimentary drink at happy hour and the overall vibe. Will be back. Thanks to Lloyd who went above and beyond in the bar, great service.
We very much enjoyed our stay. Lovely hotel with great service. Every thing was great.
A minor thing is that neither of us liked the breakfast options. I hope they'll improve next time.
This might not be 5 Star in the usual way, shiny marble entry way, convertible Bently parked out front etc. But it feels good, no other way to describe it. Rough and casual, but clean and wow, everything worked as it was supposed to. Free Mini bar is a nice touch. Waking to a fresh cold Orange juice without worrying it may cost a bomb, is something you don't see in Oz.
King room was a little cozier than most others, but not really a deal breaker.
Close to Darling Harbour, parking is across the road.
It's a good place, give it a try.
I'll stay here again.

Not a vegetarian and wasn’t keen on eating in but hey. Ordered the risotto with Brussels and walnuts and OMG what a dish, absolutely beautiful. Great job all round guys. Loved the food and the hotel experience.
