Good location, close to everything the cross has to offer, couple of hundred meters to the train station, plenty of food outlets nearby, the rooms are clean and have everything you need in them including tv/DVD/fridge ext. Service was excellent with fast check-in and check-out and no hidden surprises on the credit card later on.
They need significant plumbing work. All the taps appeared to be missing the filters and would take a few complete revolutions for any water to expel. Shower couldn't maintain a consistent temperature. Room was smaller than images on Agoda led me to believe. Room had a musty smell which cleared after leaving aircon on.
Overall I wouldn't recommend, but I also wouldn't dissuade anyone. Inspect the room before booking if possible.
Excellent stay and best location you can get, the staff where very friendly as well, highly recommend :)
It would have been nice to be told at booking that you need a validation parking ticket from the hotel BEFORE you go to the paid car park down the block and be charged $60.00 plus for 1 night instead of the advertised $39.00 per night... other than that clean and comfy beds and short walk to hospital...
The shower curtain was dirty and too short - water running on to the floor.
TV hanging from the ceiling on a pole - just high enough to knock ones head. No room to get past it - have to duck!!
Holes in the wall where side lamps have been removed - not covered.
Noisy all night - could hear the people next door and the ones on top walking around.
Front desk not very helpful on the 18th Dec at 17.30 when I called to ask about charges to my credit card as I did not take anything from the minibar.
What a hole!! - will never stay there again.
