How was my stay.....? Non existence. My travel plans were cancelled 8 days before my arrival in Sydney, as was my booking which was full refund if cancelled 24 hours before hand. That was on the 17th of MARCH. Still waiting for my refund for a 4 night stay. Been given the runaround by all staff, no date for a refund - no faith in this hotel.... if they treat people like this, who have to cancel for nothing that they can control (education cancelled)... Will certainly never go there now!!!
The service has been terrible. It has been 9months and we still haven't gotten our refund from our cancelled booking right when COVID kicked off. Absolutely appalling treatment of guests during an already stressful time.
I'd give this hotel not just zero but negative star if that were possible. My booking was canceled months ago (free cancelation under Booking.com) and I've yet to receive my refund. They charge you the moment you book it, and yet it takes them forever to return your money. There is no way to reach them. I've tried several times on weekdays, regular business hours, but they are offline and they don't answer phone calls either. Stay away! These guys are thieves.
Loved the theme of the hotel and staff were extremely friendly. Thanks Malentina for always taking care of our stay even at Urban. Will be back for more of their awesome services.
We were in Sydney to catch up with friends, fantastic location. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Parking was easy. Can’t fault this place. We will return again
