This place is one of the best hotels I've been to in Sydney - I can't fault it at all. Firstly - PUPPY FRIENDLY! The terrace rooms are fantastic, which a nice view of the streets and city below.
For humans - the lovely people at front desk were extremely friendly. The price is actually amazing for all that you get - free yoga classes and access to Anytime Fitness gym, complimentary items from the minibar and late check out. They were also extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early as well. I also had a fantastic sleep - they have block out curtains and the most comfy bed I've slept in for a while. The rooms are clean and modern.
This absolutely raises the standards for dog-friendly accommodation in Sydney. We switched over from Crown Plaza Coogee due to the average service as well as overpriced and outdated rooms which allow pets (some floors are newly renovated, but pets aren't allowed to stay in those rooms)
I would absolutely recommend this place, especially if travelling with beloved fur babies.
We had a wonderful stay here! The staff where incredibly welcoming, friendly and super helpful. The location was great, right near everything we wanted. The rooms where clean and the beds where incredibly comfortable and big!! We loved that we had complimentary access to the 24/7 gym, a 30 second walk from the hotel. Will defiantly be back to stay again. :)
I’ve stayed here a few times before and loved it. Small but comfortable rooms in an amazing location. Front desk is always lovely and housekeeping usually good, but last visit housekeeping left much to be desired (dirty towels specifically left on floor not picked up, mini bar and coffee not fully restocked). Will stay again but hoping housekeeping staff improves.

Absolutely amazing hotel. It has the feeling of a high-end European boutique, with the staff knowing who you are and genuinely trying to make your stay better, not paying lip service to it.
Location is very central and near transport, great restaurants and a very short walk to places like Woolloomooloo Wharf, Rushcutters bay and the CBD proper. True gym (Anytime Fitness) attached. I found myself walking and taking transport rather than needing a car or Uber.
Cesar and the team are just amazing and you won't be disappointed here
