Reviews from visitors:
First impressions are good. The staff are very helpful and stored our cases as we arrive very early in the morning.the hotel is modern with an industrial theme but comfortable. We had a top floor apartment which I think is fantastic with a lounge, kitchen, dining areas down stairs and upstairs there a mezzanine floor a door way (no door) leading to a double bed room and the shower room. Overall first impressions are good and I'm very happy with the hotel. If everything changes I will update this review. Well as an update this is a very good hotel. The staff are very good indeed. Not false or overbearing but genuine and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. I could go on but to Dave time I will just say in my opinion this hotel is recommended.
I did return later and was still very happy.
Well...got back..keycards wouldn't let us into the lobby They remotely opened those and said go and see if they work on the room. Call us back (via intercom bell) if no good. Go up, no good, come down. Intercom outside the lift didn't work. Had to hit release buttoncto go out on street again. After giving lots of details (again) to a new remote operator, he told us they could send security, but 'they're quite a long way away 30 to 40 mins'. 'I could let you back into yhe lobby if you like.' Honestly, this 9.20pm after-hours lobby is cement cavern with three backless timber stools, low coffee table and stack of bikes. Come again?
I was looking forward to staying at Veriu Broadway in April, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic my plans had to change. Veriu Broadway were very helpful and understanding and allowed for a free cancellation. Staff was prompt and professional. Great customer service. I recommend Veriu Broadway for anyone travelling to Sydney as it's also in a great location and worth the price.
Quality accommodation, in a great location at a fabulous price. The front desk team (especially Ben and Simone) were terrific, and went above and beyond. It is a 10 minute easy walk to Darling Harbour, and 10 minutes to Sydney Harbour by taxi/bus. Public transport is a dream, and very reasonably priced. There are plenty of eating options within a few minutes walk. First class stay. Thanks Veriu and team
Nice and spacious apartment with washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Small kitchen is equipped average. More or less every day you get detergent to use and a fresh milk. Good internet connection and friendly staff.
