Amazing stay at Establishment. Friendly and professional staff, I love the room service as they have a wide variety of dishes. Perfect walking distance to Circular Quay. 100% recommended!
Excelente place to hang out , just been there twice for salsa night so far I loved both times. Great place nothing else to say here.
Very welcoming and nice atmosphere on check-in. We have stayed in many hotels in Sydney and this was the quietest. Very clean and the bathroom is enormous and very luxurious. Bed very comfy. Excellent tea and coffee. Wifi worked well. hotel very close to everything including public transport. Would love to stay again.
Nice swanky place. Clean and open spaces. Great selection of drinks. Been here a few times but was put off by service from staff. Was ignored while trying to order drinks until we almost have to lean over and ask for service. With hospitality taking a hit during Covid-19 you would think looking after clientele is essential! One staff, I think Venezuelan was polite and came to chat with us. This made up for the poor service. This is one of my favourites in the city and would give it benefit of the doubt. Definitely recommend going here for after work drinks. The Tram is out the front too!
Slow service ever like they ignored us!!!! If we can, we would jump to behind the bar and make our own drink so quick! We order from our table and nothing reaponse. The manager told us “drink is coming coming but it never come up”
