Reviews from visitors:
Room was spacious, great location. I called head office whilst staying due to package I booked not being delivered - $70 breakfast hamper, room upgrade. Instead was given a ‘construction’ room and breakfast was a loaf of hard bread from the freezer, 6 eggs, block of butter and two bowls of cornflakes. I also completed the survey emailed to me after check out and still no-one from the hotel or head office have responded. Front desk did not know booked info upon check in. Let’s hope the next two bookings I have made for staycations with Adina at other locations, deliver what is promised.
Small but well fitted rooms, poor front desk service, nice long lap pool but shaded, good restaurants nearby, close to Bondi beach. It feels new and fresh.
Ok rooms but terrible service. The front desk team was slow and rude for both check-in and check-out. One of the most unpleasant hotel personnel interactions in a long time.
Paid $500 for a room for one night and spent over 2 hours in the lobby in a que to check in. So understaffed and the staff were absolutely useless. Utterly disappointed!!
Not bad if you don't mind noisy backpacks disturbing your sleep, constantly. Good also if you don't mind paying absolutely top dollar, not for a view of the beach but a rundown old block of flats, also full of backpacks. Coogee probably a better option.
