Really Cool place. So much better than the Space Q capsule hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. Awesome kitchen and bathrooms, clean. The capsules are super cool. Great location. Honestly, if I could live here, I would. It's perfect.
Had a few hours stay to experience the capsule room! Very pleasant time! Booking was easy and fast! Room was clean tidy and the staff was super helpful and friendly. She even rent me the capsule outfit for me to take photos def super fun to stay and feel like an escape to the reality there is a public kitchen are where you can get coffee too! Would love to recommend this place for ppl who wants to do short stay in Sydney CBD with lowest price but decent quality hotel!
It was spontaneous moment that I booked a flight to Sydney without planning anything....There's a lot of places where I can stay in a city but I fell in love straight away with this place (I never experienced the capsule before)...It looks small but completely comfortable....you're looking for a clean and tidy bathroom (yeah they have it).....Ultimately I want to give a massive shout out to Amber who helped me to extend the stay and sort our all challenges I had in a trip.....Can't thank you enough!
Cheap accommodation in the heart of the city. Nice and quiet with friendly and helpful staff. The first time I stayed here it was just for the novelty factor. But now it's my hotel of choice whenever I'm in Sydney.
Pros:
Friendly staff. Very clean and very spacious toilet and shower (luxurious toilet and shower indeed. It feels you have a private toilet and shower). Location is great, very accessible everything. Lights and aircon are working perfectly. Good enough for experience.
Cons:
No one is answering the advertised contact number and emails for inquiries. Closed kitchen (was not informed ahead of time and by the staff). The common area smells cigarette. Kinda dusty capsule. The bed is kinda deflated already, you can feel the base of the capsule itself not the foam of the bed (so not that comfy). No toiletries provided despite advertised that toiletries are included. The lockers are kinda smelly as well (not sure why but maybe because of the wood)
