Excellent room, facilities, and Central location. Staff are so friendly and actually care. Stayed with my family for a City Weekend getaway. Couldn't have asked for a nicer room, even more-so our expectations were exceeded by the staff's efforts towards us. Definitely be staying here again in the future. Can't recommend it highly enough. Well done and Thanks Heaps to all the Management and Staff.
Originally booked for a week but extended stay. Used hotel to recover from recent knee surgery. Reception staff friendly and accommodating. Spa and pool great for rehab. Room clean and well appointed. Nice proximity to cafe’s and shopping. Special shout out to Patty for all your detective work on my misplaced item. Thank you for replacing it, even though it was my fault.
Very convenient location, the room could have been cleaner especially the bathroom where it had black mould all around. The phone in our room also didn’t work. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they even bring up your Uber eats orders. Amazing pool area, you currently have to book due to Covid
Not worth the money. Paid 330 for the room and 65 for parking. Dirty elevators, hallway was stinking with garbage smell. Requested for milk but never recieved. Took two calls to get a bottle opener.
I would rather go to any of the 5 star hotels with this money than stay here.
Purchased 3 nights at Skye Suites through Luxury Escapes and our expectations were exceeded! They rung us a few days ahead to confirm and ask why we were staying (anniversary) and they delighted us with a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival. Truly a suite with plenty of space and all the amenities needed with a full kitchen (fridge/freezer, cook-top, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, pots & pans, crockery, cutlery etc), dining space, lounge, TV, queen bed, washer & dryer and compact bathroom. Had everything we needed for a long weekend and is perfectly placed half way between Barangaroo and the city shops. Only negatives were that there was no bath, and the late night noise from the street level bar (although the glazed windows and being on level 7 somewhat limited this). Highly recommend Skye suites if you want more than a standard hotel room.
