Recently stayed for the first time. Starting with the location, it can be difficult getting there with traffic however it’s definitely work it given the proximity to the bridge and the nearby restaurants.
Warmly welcomed at check in and the level of service remained consistent throughout my stay.
Room is well equiped with the in room Chrome cast is a nice plus for streaming. Only negative is that the room I had didn’t have a proper desk but that may not be an issue for you.
Breakfast was excellent with a variety of healthy and not so healthy options. The weather was nice so I was able to sit outside next to the harbour.
Overall enjoyed my stay and will look to stay there again on my next Sydney trip.
Beautiful Spot in Sydney sitting right under the South West of the Harbour Bridge.
The hotel room we stayed at has a beautiful view of Walsh Bay and North West of Sydney.
Sunset would be amazing to watch on this side of the hotel.
The site is quite, not overcrowded. You have your patrons just enjoying the moment.
The staff are excellent. Smiley, warm and quick to attend.

I would of given it 4 star but they accidently charged me twice for my stay.
Stayed here 1 night. Staff were friendly, room was nice, food was pretty good for the area. Great that they allow dogs in the restaurant and bar area and in the room. Check-in and check-out was a breeze.
Would of appreciated when I asked about the restaurant when I made my reservation (Monday) that they told me it was closed. They went on about the restaurant, and when I went to check the menu saw that it was closed.
No welcome amenity for my puppy as advertised. Oh well.
Took a very long time to get a drink at Bar One. They had lots of staff but still drinks were slow...must just be a small tight space to work in.
People fish around there day and night, often times quite loudly. They also leave large hooks around the area so be careful with your dog. Ours had one in his mouth and were super lucky we were paying attention and caught it.
I didn’t feel the experience very 5 star, but the effort was there. Had a pleasant time overall.
Amazing customer service, facilities and dining. Pet friendly which assisted on a last minute booking. The staff are so great to deal with and nothing is a hassle for them. Exceptional experience - thank you!
Great location, but I wouldn't go back for the food. I think they would be better off doing a more casual style menu, grill, seafood and craft beer. That would suit the atmosphere more.
