We were very disappointed not to have our own bathroom having paid the price we did. Both the hotel website and Agoda are not clear about this when booking and the staff at the hotel were unhelpful, unfriendly and unapologetic about the issue saying it was our problem and there was nothing they could do. It is not clear on booking options or in terms and conditions. I do not recommend this venue and the customer service we received was poor.
Clean amenities, comfortable bed and Vanessa was friendly & helpful taking my booking and sorting out a mistaken booking date I made.
Lodge was cute, a lot of potential with better management.
Issues signing into every room. No staff on to sign in, missing sign in information on confirmation e-mails. 1 room double booked, 1 room not sent through by agoda, the other 2 rooms not meeting description and given the wrong persons rooms. All room keys needed to be reset as they didn't match the given codes. Description of rooms with ensuit wrong - all shared bathrooms on each floor and during our stay (2 nights) the sanitary bin was not emptied once, nor were the facilities cleaned. All floors only accessible by narrow stairs. Once we had all left and arrived to our homes, one of our guests recieved an e.mail demanding a further $323 dollars for an upgrade they made after telling us there was a double-booking with our original room. After some back and forth, they have without apology - put the blame elsewhere.
I definitely would not recommend staying here.
Great value, super location, snazzy bathrooms, nice and quiet in poncey Potts Point. Excellent staff. Can get everywhere by foot across the footbridge opposite.
Spectacular. Feels posh. Very reasonable rates. Professional and friendly check in. Incredibly clean. Reliable communication. Comfortable beds, Secure rooms, soft toilet paper Certainly one of the nicest places I've stayed in Sydney. Recommended definitely.
