Great hotel. Had a great stay here. Very close to Darling harbour. Chic decor. Decent breakfast and best of all, free minibar for diamond!
POSITIVE: The place was clean and tidy. The room was small but the modern TV, lights and bathroom kept everything comfortable. If you want a place to stay and rest this will do fine however don't plan to lounge around the room as I imagine it'd get cramped after a time. The sheets and pillow cases felt great.
NEGATIVE: Only had 2 concerns, one was that the pillows felt really unusual, hard to describe but they seemed to deflate over the night. Additionally when I put my jacket on top of the clothing rack to get it out of the way (as the room is small) it had a lot of dust on it when I retrieved it.
CONCLUSION: Use this as a place to sleep and explore the city, the location is conveniently close to darling harbour.
Everything is perfect until breakfast. I understand that Covid may impact the service. But if you are not capable to provide breakfast, then don't do it. It's not acceptable for anyone to wait over 50 minutes to ne served.
It's ok. Small rooms, no real views, limited options for brekkie and bar presumably because of covid. But located near enough to Darling Harbour and Barragaroo. Staff are great though.
We stayed for one night in a Waratah Premium room. The hotel is beautifully appointed in the foyer and rooms.

The room itself was fantastic, comfy bed, nice bathroom.
The views over Barangaroo were nice, you could see some boats going past.
Only downside was it was a fair bit smaller than I expected considering this room type is the highest, only the two suites are better/pricier.
The complimentary mini bar was a great touch, there was wine, beer, Coca Cola and water. As well as a couple of small snacks.
There was also tea and coffee in the room.
The table in the corner unfortunately had some stains from previous people, looked like the rim of three glasses. Stood out a little bit as they were dark and it being a white marble table
