Wonderful hotel with beautiful facilities. The gym was all brand new equipment, well maintained and very clean. Room service was also really good, unlike a lot of hotel room services. Would definitely consider staying again.

We booked Afternoon Tea at Fullerton hotel which was absolutely delightful and staff surprised my partner with birthday dessert and with glasses of champagne.

The hotel is strategically located close to shopping in Pitt st mall and a variety of dining places. The light rail stations are within a minutes walk of the hotel providing access to almost all parts of Sydney.
The staff were excellent, courteous and professional during our stay. In consideration to the effect Covid has had on on all businesses and employment, this team still looked high spirited.
I would have liked to have had better connectivity for my Laptop to the TV..as there wasn't.
Overall this hotel is worth staying in because of its proximity to all services.
We have stayed at this hotel many times. The rooms are great and the service really good. An ideal hotel for access to Sydney’s fantastic restaurants and shops. The hotel is also close access to public transport for access to what outer Sydney has to offer - don’t drive - avoid the traffic!
The staff here were very helpful when it comes to dietary matters. As I am lactose intolerant, they carefully checked every dish to make certain they were dairy free.
The Malaysian food items that we ordered were of top class quality and flavour.
A little pricey for lunch but it is a fine dining venue with excellent service, adding value to our dining experience.
