Had the most amazing stay at the QT in Sydney and we were treated like royalty. The staff took excellent care of us and went out of there way, above and beyond to make it a special weekend for partner and I. The room and service was phenomenal and this is hands down one of my favourite hotels in the world. Also the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in my life. The hotel outside of the room was beautifully decorated and felt like a very authentic boutique experience. I wish we could have stayed longer.
Special thanks to Jake and Yoomi for looking after us. We will be regulars here for sure after this incredible experience.
The hotel itself was even more cool than it looked in the pictures, I loved that it was in a heritage building with a rich history and that every room was slightly different. We booked 4 rooms for a long weekend for our elopement style wedding and all the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We even received a gift from the hotel and hand-written card congratulating us on our nuptials. We can't wait to come back sometime soon
Amazing hotel! Love the quirky styling from the rooms to the 2 beautiful restaurants they have done an absolutely stunning job of modernizing the hotel. The staff also went out of their way being friendly and kind. This hotel just has something a little extra.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. We even received a complimentary late checkout. The location and the parking are both quite easy to access if you are driving. The room was spacious and met my standards for a 5 star hotel. Only comment I would make is that the bed in 801 was a bit too soft. However the bathroom is amazing! Highly recommend QT Sydney!!
I used to love this place but after a recent visit I realised you're basically paying a premium for the aesthetics. It's a visual treat with the lavish theatrical theme but somewhat impractical. The room was small for a deluxe king. Bath was half sized and the selection of complementary movies were limited at best. Gowns were damaged or missing bits. Worst was the toilet which had a virtually transparent glass door and no sound proofing. However the staff were very warm and friendly and the restaurant was absolutely fantastic. Great desserts and cocktails albeit pricey.
