Springfield Lodge is a super convenient, comfortable and very friendly place to stay. The front counter customer service staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient and go out of their way to assist, especially when storing bags on check out. I found the check-in and check-out process to be very quick and efficient, while also making me feel welcomed.
The bed in Room 212 was supremely comfortable and the shower had a nice supply of hot water. Though the bathroom was small, it had all of the facilities necessary for my stay and was not what I would call cramped.
The rooms are clean and well kept and provide just the right amount of comfort and space.
I highly recommend Springfield Lodge to any travellers looking for a comfortable, cost-effective accommodation solution right in the heart of Sydney, with everything at your fingertips or within easy travel.
Springfield Lodges is beautifully restored, has charm and character and is very conveniently located. The staff were very helpful and our king room was spacious and comfortable. The only reason I have given a score of 4 out of 5 is because our room was on the street side and being the weekend, it was rather noisy. So we would stay there again, if we could be back from the street a bit. But overall we were very impressed and certainly will stay with Sydney Lodges again. We have now done it twice! Sydney Lodges are excellent value for money and have more character than hotels that are twice the cost.
As a last minute decision to stay in a hotel, the whole process was easy. Online Booking was easy, COVID questionnaire and declaration was very simple to complete.
Checking in was a breeze with front line staff.
The room was very clean and immaculate.
Checking out was simple and during the stay all staff were friendly and very helpful.
Great place in a great location. We were both pleasantly surprised by the lovely presentation of the hotel, along with the big room and the general clean and fresh atmosphere.
Location is fantastic, directly across from a great little strip of cafes and proximity to train and bus is perfect.
And it is just a short walk away from beautiful Rushcutters Bay!
Staff were friendly and helpful in all aspects.

I enjoyed my stay in Sydney immensely. I actually ended up staying at the sister hotel, Springfield Lodge, gorgeous, stylish, well appointed rooms and fabulous location right in the heart of Potts Point, next to the beat of Kings Cross. I'll definitely be back and have booked my return trip early in 2021 with my American husband for his first trip to Australia!
