This was an amazing place to stay in. The staff were super friendly and genuinely cared. They also did charge the earth to care. They made our anniversary/birthday stay very warm, welcoming and enjoyable. It’s a smaller hotel central to everywhere. Has a terrace area over looking the lane but the roof is not accessible unless you stay in the Penthouse. It’s a short walk from Circular Que. surrounded by great restaurants and over the road is an Ezy Mart just across the road. Definitely worth staying at if you’re looking for a great place in The Rocks.
A hidden gem, yet in the heart of the Rocks! Loved the atmosphere, the bar was fab, the staff were amazing, and the food was awesome.
The customer service was beyond fantastic, Bridget, I can't thank you enough for making our stay welcome and satifying, you met our needs and we will be back to stay!!
A beautiful old building in a great location. First of all, this is not a five star hotel. It doesn't have any of the amenities you'd expect. Instant coffee, and no spoons or stirrers to make it with. The room was dusty and the tiles in the bathroom chipped. The grout needs to be replaced. Front reception and bar is combined (strange), and understaffed during happy hour, where many customers were not happy. The shelf over the sink makes it impossible to wash your face or brush teeth. Our room overlooked the outdoor bar and the music was so loud during the day and into the evening. You could write in the dust on our occasional table and there was a hanger on the floor from a previous guest. Some investment for upgrading the bathrooms and training the housekeeping staff would be recommended.
A nice place to stay. Down played and unpretentious. It is a very refreshing and nicely appointed hotel.
Great looking hotel. Good clean rooms. Very nice and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent location. The hotel is discreetly located yet everything is at your doorstep. We will return again.
