This has to be one of my favourite places to stay for my trips to Sydney. Art deco style throughout the hotel with excellent service, amazing breakfast buffet and top notch cocktails. The rooms are very comfortable and yes there is a pillow menu. It has a charm about it, that I absolutely love.
Wow once you set foot inside the lobby the love affair with this beautiful edifice begins. Equally fantastic staffers who know their business and instantly make you feel welcome.

When visiting Sydney for business, I almost exclusively stay at the Primus. The location is great, lobby and rooms are exceptional, but the customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced. Brilliant hotel - highly recommended.

Lovely standard of hotel and the heritage feel of the building meeting contemporary. Nicely appointed rooms and nice bedding made for a great nights rest. Rooftop is a great addition and we have used for birthday gatherings before (great in summer). Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.
