Our stay was during the week and hence very comfortable, as there were not so many guests and all amenities very easily accessible and the customer service in general very positive (with few exceptions - one in SPA and one in the Restaurant).
This Hotel would be a strong recommendation if only they fixed the outside noise issue. As far as I can tell most rooms don't feature Air Con and face the street, which is very noisy up to late hours even during the weekdays.
Great hotel! Location is super, rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Personnel are very friendly, professional and helpful.
