Breakfast buffet was just perfect, big enough selection of deliciously made foods with fresh crunchy still warm buns. Available lunch was very affordable and delicious. On site parking is extra if you won’t find where to park on the street. Our huge apartment for family of 3 adults and 2 little kids had two bedrooms, living room, 3 double size beds, 2 bathrooms, hot tub and sauna. Big screen tv in every room. Small kitchen and medium size fridge. Patio table with chairs in the balcony, chase lounge chairs. Kitchen staff extremely friendly.
Lovely food and service
The rooms are very well equipped, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, I have to deduct one star for the meal.
It is a nice hotel in 2 rows on the promenade. The rooms are large and clean and well equipped but very badly soundproofed, which means that you can hear the toilet flushing from above or if someone speaks in the hallway you think he is standing in the room and the locking system of the doors is poor, it is almost impossible to close the doors quietly close and you can always hear the doors slamming. The staff is always trying but can't always help, for example. Parking lot in the hotel so it looks bad in the hotel and in the entire area we had to park a little further away in a somewhat expensive parking lot. But still okay. The restaurant team is friendly and the food tastes good, they try to offer a varied buffet, there is something for everyone and you don't starve. The rest of the staff sometimes look a bit grim but okay. You have to order room service and towel exchange at the reception, nobody comes allegedly because of Corona. The beach is not far away and very nice and there are beach bars everywhere along the long beach and then the promenade in front of the door where you can get everything you need on vacation. You can also rent bicycles in the hotel and explore everything on good bike paths and there are also extra wellness offers. We had massages that were very good. There is also a small swimming pool which we didn't use. Overall we were satisfied with our vacation and would come again.
