The reception doesn't speak English but they did indicate everywhere online that the reception speaks English (tried 3 different receptionists). Also, after 10 pm they lock the hotel's entrance door and if you are coming to the hotel after 10 pm you'll have to knock or ring the bell, which is a bit annoying. The overall look of the hotel is old, but other things like cleanliness and food are good.
In quiet side of the resort! Steps from the promenade.
Mostly good. The one thing we did not like was that the restaurant there closes at 20:00, and that there was no rear access to the Parkplatz.
We were given good advice for restaurants in the area, and the stay was generally pleasant. Another bugaboo was the slow WLAN access.
If they can fix any one of these bugaboos, my rating will ascend to 5 stars.
Perfect spot, 3-4 minutes from th loooong beach. Not the nicest looking hotel in the neigbourhood but good enough for sleeping.

Hello!! We were redirected to the hotel on Żeromskiego Street with a friend and we will never regret it. Hotel very well situated. At the end of Świnoujście and 5 minutes to the sea. Silence peace. As for the room ... I think we got a bonus for this redirection because the room was large, spacious, with a balcony and for 3 people. The hotel service was very nice, open and helpful. Greetings to the lady from the reception with glasses, and we hug. P.S. also for the second bouncer. We would also like to thank you for spoiling the taste and kind approach to guests. Delicious, varied and rich cuisine. For a very long time I will remember the lovely Mrs. Małgosia and, well, respect for the lady from the kitchen. I am asking for greetings to them. Everything good ... but the pea soup, uuu mega. And all the rest ... I will gladly come back here, even though I haven't been to the Polish seaside for 20 years. You are the best.
