Very neat, well maintained and fully equipped apartments for shorter or longer stay. We had booked this place for 7 people and there was enough space for everyone.

The location is definitely the biggest advantage, the estate is situated in a perfect spot. No problems on arrival, security gave the keys, and check-in took place the next day. The office staff are very polite, responsive and organized. The apartment is clean, although it has not been used for a while, hence the slight dust on the furniture. Bed linen and towels are very clean, ironed and fragrant.
Unfortunately, it is true that the premises are allocated randomly and the photos on the website are illustrative. It should also be emphasized that the information on the Booking that it is a private apartment in a block of flats is not entirely true. The facility is geared towards receiving tourists, hence most of the apartments are managed by companies and are divided into smaller ones. The walls are very thin, plasterboard, it is very loud and you can hear every word from the premises next door. Sofas require constant shifting when unfolding and are very uncomfortable. A few damaged things, although replacing them is a penny thing: scissors in the kitchen with one ear torn off, two contacts torn off (kitchen and living room), damaged liquid soap dispenser (a package of a different soap into which another liquid has been poured). Minor things, but the distaste remains. The kitchenette is modestly equipped, some dishes are not washed. No basics like salt and pepper.
Cool place. Near the main pedestrian street but in peace and quiet. Close to the exit to the beach. Neat surroundings. Clean rooms. Buildings equipped with water. Corridors cleaned daily. I recommend
