We enjoyed our stay at Interferie Hotel, but I wouldn't choose it again for our vacation style (we like to eat out and spend most of the day on the beach). It was super close to a less-crowded area of the beach (5 minute walk), which was a huge plus. The accommodations were up to standard for a hotel of its price, but the hotel is definitely geared to an older crowd. We liked the in-house brewery and billiards but didnt use many of the other amenities (spa, pool, etc.). We also paid for Halbpension (breakfast and dinner), and while breakfast was okay, dinner was lacking. We ate dinner out after the first night.
The staff was overall helpful and kind, and most everyone spoke German, which was nice since our Polish is nonexistent. They also accepted Visa and Mastercard, which made operating in PLN easy (this is standard for most all hotels/restaurants in the area, though).
Overall, the hotel was good but not great.
Hotel facilities are good, but staff is not friendly or helpful.
Good: rooms, breakfasts, spa, pool and sauna.
Bad: staff, room service, spa service.
During check-in they didnt even bothered to show me in which direction is elevator before i asked and no regular things receprion stuff usually says when welcoming guests. When i asked to bring me some food listed in room service, lady on reception said that i can go downstairs tot he restaurant and order it there. Impossible to book massage, only 3 days in advance.
Excellent staff, super professional, very good hygiene against the pandemic, great breakfast and very nice pool. They know what they are doing.
Convenient location, helpful staff. The only complaint is not enough parking spaces, was asked to look for space elsewhere.
Like a senior centre for rude germans. Food was excellent staff friendly. Excellent location to beach, nice pool and jacuzzi. Sauna too. Bar with bowling and pool downstairs but the music was terrible techno. Cafe in lobby was lovely. No kettle or tea coffee in rooms. Couldn't get massage because all the German dinosaurs book everything. Unfortunately our first night was in a room directly over a dumpster and we heard drilling and banging from 0800 to 1900. Was not happy but staff gave us new room. Hotel is being renovated.
