It was really a very positive surprise! Originally we were supposed to be accommodated in a tiny room on the ground floor, but to our delight, we were directed to a room on the second floor with a kitchenette. It was salutary for us, due to the prevailing state of the epidemic. The weather was good for us, we rate the standard of the room at 6+! Clean, spacious and modern! It is worth noting that the Lazur Hotel is located in the spa part of the city. The beach is a stone's throw away. ;)
Cordial greetings to the smiling staff, willing to help. Special thanks go to Mrs. Diana, who turned out to be a very nice and honest person. ;) We happened to forget to take a certain item with us from the hotel, but Mrs. Diana rose to the occasion and found the item we had lost, for which we thank her a lot!
We will be happy to visit you in the future, because the hotel met our expectations 100%.
The only negative aspect was .. too short, because only a two-day stay in this wonderful place.
The staff was unfortunately not very attentive or helpful, at breakfast there was no good morning, not even a smile. The junior suite could have been a normal room. The breakfast was a disaster, from the flow, the mattresses in the beds unreasonable. The dishes in the room were completely dirty and the cleanliness in the room left a lot to be desired.
So we will definitely not be back
I recommend, cleanse, nice, all problems are to be solved on the spot. And above all, close to the sea. We will definitely come back ...
Very unfriendly service in the evening hours, the previously agreed price with a very nice lady suddenly increased for unknown reasons. In addition, pressing an additional breakfast which turned out to be included in the price.
