Good location, friendly staff, clean hotel. Our room was nice and spacious with a great balcony and a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet is very good and should satisfy everybody's tastes. As an added bonus you get free access to the Aqua Park for 1 hour per day. Only downside: the socket in our bathroom didn't work and the carpet in our room seemed pretty worn for a hotel that opened only a few years ago.
Standard Hampton by Hilton l. Everything is according what you can expect from this chain. There are shops next to it, and almost around the corner. There is a train station, to the German side of the border and cities like Ahlbeck.
We stayed here while visiting the town. We had a suite/apartment and it was lovely, big and spacious and beautiful. The front desk staff was really great, especially a girl named Ruslana, she was so friendly and nice to us. Hotel location was great, right in the center of town. We really liked this hotel and we will be back.
Our stay was during the week and hence very comfortable, as there were not so many guests and all amenities very easily accessible and the customer service in general very positive (with few exceptions - one in SPA and one in the Restaurant).
This Hotel would be a strong recommendation if only they fixed the outside noise issue. As far as I can tell most rooms don't feature Air Con and face the street, which is very noisy up to late hours even during the weekdays.
It was really a very positive surprise! Originally we were supposed to be accommodated in a tiny room on the ground floor, but to our delight, we were directed to a room on the second floor with a kitchenette. It was salutary for us, due to the prevailing state of the epidemic. The weather was good for us, we rate the standard of the room at 6+! Clean, spacious and modern! It is worth noting that the Lazur Hotel is located in the spa part of the city. The beach is a stone's throw away. ;)

Special thanks go to Mrs. Diana, who turned out to be a very nice and honest person. ;) We happened to forget to take a certain item with us from the hotel, but Mrs. Diana rose to the occasion and found the item we had lost, for which we thank her a lot!
We will be happy to visit you in the future, because the hotel met our expectations 100%.
The only negative aspect was .. too short, because only a two-day stay in this wonderful place.
Don't book this hotel! Housekeeping stole money from my room!
On the second day of my stay (July 2020), I left my room in the afternoon to go to the beach. I only wanted to carry some money with me, so I left the rest of my cash, between 250 and 350 PLN (60-80€), on the desk in the hotel room. When I came back a few hours later, the room had been cleaned, and the money was gone.
Since nobody else had a key to my room, the only way to explain this was that housekeeping had taken the money. However, I thought this would be an outrageous accusation to make, so I decided to test it the next day:
The next day I left a 20 PLN note in the chair before I left the room at 12:30. When I came back, that money was gone too! I went to the reception and told them the story, and 30 minutes later the cleaning lady had admitted to taking the money, and I got the 20 PLN back. Obviously, this confirms that the cleaning lady was indeed the thief, and there is no doubt that she also must have taken the money the day before.
When I checked out the morning after, I talked to the front desk manager again, and I was promised a fair compensation and an email confirming it during the day. Alas, all I got was an email from the General manager a couple of weeks later (after several reminders), saying that he didn't want to compensate me since I hadn't called the police, and he also pointed out that his staff was very well trained, so this could not have happened, despite the evidence I provided.
AVOID THIS HOTEL!
Breakfast buffet was just perfect, big enough selection of deliciously made foods with fresh crunchy still warm buns. Available lunch was very affordable and delicious. On site parking is extra if you won’t find where to park on the street. Our huge apartment for family of 3 adults and 2 little kids had two bedrooms, living room, 3 double size beds, 2 bathrooms, hot tub and sauna. Big screen tv in every room. Small kitchen and medium size fridge. Patio table with chairs in the balcony, chase lounge chairs. Kitchen staff extremely friendly.
The Royal Park Residence in Świnoujście is a great place to relax. My wife and I have been there several times and we go back every year. Lovely place. Rooms decorated with taste, clean. The swimming pool and sauna are our favorite places when it's raining outside. Close to the sea, great location. I recommend
