Hotel Rohan has an unbeatable location, literally just a few meters away from the Strasbourg's cathedral. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and tidy. Without me asking I was offered to leave my luggage at the hotel after checking out, in case I didn't want to go around the city with it. Because of COVID-19 restrictions they currently offer in-room breakfast service. The only downside is that there's no hotel parking, but there are several parking houses in the vicinity so that's not a problem at all. Overall I'd be happy to return in the future.
The location was good but the rooms were quite dirty. The breakfast was also very underwhelming considering the price.
This is the World Worst hotel, which is different from the others' grades. Even though my reservations are alive in the website I used, they (actually she) just repeatedly said that my reservations are cancelled but they do not show any proof, actually would not (later the manager change their words into that the hotel portal cancelled). Even she brought two men who are not in charge of check-in and they only listen to her telling me that I should talk to the website I used. Later the manager also listen just only to her even though the manager was not there. Finally it was found that all they said were lies since the hotel automatically send a message that they thank you for my stay. lol.
This is the World worst hotel!!! I recommend anyone absolutely don't use this hotel. 세계최악의 호텔입니다. 이 호텔 다른 사람 평가나 겉보기와 달리 최악입니다. 호텔포탈에서 예약하고 취소한 적 없음에도 (사실 누가 취소한 호텔에 가겠읍니까?) 프런트 종업원(당시 여자였음)은 계속 제가 최소했다고 우기고 증거도 보여주지 않으며, 심지어 체크인 업무 하지도 않고 식당에서 일하는 두 사람까지 불러와 합세해서 자기들이 옳다고 우겨대며 자기들한테 말하지 말고 예약한 호텔포털에 말하라더군요. 결국 묵지도 않았는데 나중에 자기 호텔에 숙박해 주어서 감사하다고 자동 메일을 보내서 그들 말이 거짓임이 완전히 들통났읍니다. 기가 막히는 세계최악의 호텔입니다. 절대로 가지 마세요.
Great location, less than a minute from the Cathedral and great views from the room. Sparkling clean and cozy atmosphere. Loved it!
Very close to all the attractions. Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent rooms. Would definitely stay here again.
