What can we say about the Vosges hotel, if the packaging is rather pretty once you use the services it spoils it?
Arrived on Saturday, October 24 at 8:30 p.m. the first evening of curfew, we order room service for 2 plates of vegetarian penne. Arrive 30 minutes later 2 plates with tasteless overcooked pasta with 4 pieces of vegetables. We want to have a good freeze-dried coffee which is in the room and there no teaspoons, I go down to the reception and they explain to me that we have coffee and tea available in the rooms but no spoon because of Covid . I don't understand the idea
I will not go into the details of the breakfast and the dinner we had, a clever mix of poor quality products from the agrifood industry.
You should know that we were staying until Thursday, October 29 and on Tuesday I noticed that the bathroom was not cleaned. So I ask the reception and they explain to me as for the spoons that because of Covid 19 the cleaning ladies do not clean the rooms see photo they make the beds and that's it
Finally, for a hotel which is of a very good standard and which has just reopened after renovations, the establishment is very beautiful as are the rooms but for services there is work.
