New hotel opposite the train station in the city center. Very practical and easy to find.
The receptionist who greeted me was very nice and was able to give me good dinner plans. Everything is new, the bedroom is very spacious, with a desk big enough to work, which is not always the case. It says on their site that the bedding is top notch, and it really is.
Rich breakfast buffet with organic products and more choices on request ... Everything was good, and the breakfast room is very nicely decorated.

We decide to spend the night in Strasbourg with my partner, reservation made via booking.com around 7:00 p.m.
Around 8:30 p.m., a manager or the receptionist called us and explained that after 6:30 p.m. our type of credit card was not accepted by their site. So far no problem.
I explain to him that we are in front of the hotel looking for a parking space, and that we have cash or another credit card to pay. Nothing works.
His answer ? Ah do you have another credit card? What kind of response or reaction is it?
Madam tells me that it will not be possible for her to welcome us this evening. I therefore explain to him that we are in front of the hotel, and that it is totally intolerable to cancel a reservation at 8:30 p.m. ... we are not left the choice, even though it is indicated on booking that we have 2 hours to make the payment.
In short, please excuse my language but it was just DEGEULASSE to have such an attitude.
I would never book this hotel again.
Very friendly welcome in a hotel that could not be better located: in front of the station.
Excellent night, to stay asleep. Not a noise and very comfortable bedding. Impeccable hygiene. Eco-responsible concept in the era of time, such as the hotel layout. Super quality / price ratio; address to keep.
