Amazing service by all staff! The receptionist went above and beyond to help us sort out where to safely park our bikes over night and the staff member at the breakfast buffet was very attentive!
Breakfast was excellent, the bed comfortable and everything clean and nicely decorated. If I ever travel to Strasbourg, I’ll certainly stay here again!

We are regular customers at this hotel. The facilities are lovely and the hotel is great but the customer service, especially when dealing with loyal customers is terrible and patronizing. It is like they are trying to alienate the loyal consumers who constitute a regular stream of income and recommend the hotel to their friends, which means even more income. We had a booking this past Saturday, on Thursday before our arrival it was officially announced travel to France and within France was discouraged, the restaurants and other public places would be closed, schools would be out. I contacted the hotel to see if I could cancel or postpone the booking. They would not have any of it. They were dismissive and rude in their emails and totally inflexible. An awful approach to hospitality business which will try to bounce back after the crisis - but how, if the loyal customers will be alienated? Awful experience. We travel all over Europe every weekend and nowhere have I had such inflexible and uncooperative service in those times of Covid issues.

Very nice hotel! Great location, just few minutes walking distance from the little France area. The room was nice (not too large) and clean. Staff extremely kind and friendly, amazing breakfast with several options and chance of prepare your fresh orange juice by yourself, lovely and stylish breakfast area. Highly recommended!
