In my opinion it is a perfect hotel! The architecture, the interior design and every little detail is closely considered. The employees are truly kind and helpful. I loved my room because it was comfortable and warm (the hitting is available all day long). Also the breakfast buffet is quite tasteful and provides a variety of options. Last but not least every time I entered the hotel lobby I could smell the lovely fresh flowers that decorate the place.
Gorgeous hotel, can recommend it. Rooms are spacious, staff is helpful. Breakfast is gorgeous.
Well positioned, close to the city center. Comfy rooms. Attentive personnel. Private parking. Great mix juice (home made). But... breakfast could be improved as we had same diversity for 3 days. Spots on floor carpet on the hallway. Strange smells in the reception area.
This hotel was elegant and modern, part of the Best Western premium collection. Located away (but not too far) from the tourist areas of Strasbourg, it offers amazing views and a very attentive staff. Eric really stood out as a shining example of how to treat guests, though you might have to help him a little bit with the drink you want at the bar.
This is one of the few hotels we were able to find that had a living area with folding couchbed separated from the bedroom with a full wall and a door.
The bathroom was full sized and had a fully enclosed shower (another rarity in Europe) and a whirlpool tub. Unfortunately, the jets were broken during our stay, so that's why I'm only giving 4 stars. Otherwise, there is no reason to not stay here. You will enjoy it!
The staff at Hotel Régent Contades Strasbourg is exceptional! We were extremely impressed with the Reception staff, especially with Herr Emmanuel who was very helpful and whose hospitality and professionalism made us want to extend our stay! We were also grateful to the young lady at the front desk that allowed us to check in early on our day of arrival. Both of our hotel rooms were lovely, decorated well with comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed beautiful views of the River Ill from our bedroom windows. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of delicious meats, cheese, breads, fresh fruits, etc. The hotel is in a great and convenient location. Walking distance to the Cathedral and Boat Cruise launch. The Hotel Régent Contades exceeded our expectations and we strongly recommend this wonderful hotel to all guests staying in Strasbourg.
